Have been here multiple times and each time the food and the service is exceptional. The interior work should really be appreciated. The staff are very serious about their job and always give a great service. All the courses of the food tastes and have been cooked very well.

I am so surprised by any bad reviews on this place. I’ve eaten both in the restaurant and ordered the food for collection many times this year. We haven’t tried the delivery service as we live close and prefer to pick the food up. The food has ALWAYS been amazing. To be honest, we order the same thing now at least twice a month.

Three of us went there to celebrate my daughter's graduation and we were all blown away with the fantastic experience we had here at the Ravensbury. I've always driven past but never been inside. We were impressed with the entrance, decor and ambience of the place. The food was AMAZING! We all loved it - it smelt good, it looked good and it tasted more than good. The service was excellent, some great happy, efficient, smiling and friendly waiters. I hadn't read any reviews before going and then coming on here to write this and seeing some one and two star reviews and negative experiences I had to check to see if I was writing a review about the same place! Well for the record we can't stop talking about it and thinking about that gorgeous food and we can't wait to go back! And to the staff and management: you're doing a great job, keep up the good work, you'll be seeing us again - top notch. Wouldn't have wanted a better way to celebrate, thank you :) :)

We visited this place for the first time during the eat out to help out scheme on a weekday. I was looking forward to having my meal there as I had heard it's name in many circles. There is ample parking space and you have to register your car at the reception to avoid a fine. The reception area looked impressive but a whole new experience awaited us in the dining area. The whole place looked poorly maintained with flooring looking old and dirty in places. We were seated next to the bar area and the first thing we noticed were the fruit flies that were mentioned in other reviews. Mocktails were concentrated sugar syrup with bad presentation. Chicken starter was way overcooked and were difficult to cut into. Dishes in the main course lacked flavour and seasoning. The extra star is for the staff members who had a smile on their face and were helpful for the most part.
