They need to change their mission statement. Evil. My family has strict orders to do whatever they can do to get me to SF - at least they would try to save me there, not give up on me

They were able to schedule me in quickly & get me results same day.

Ruining mother’s birth experience! I understand only one visitor due to COVID but they will not allow my sister in law to be my doula - or be the one there for the birth to help me - and afterwards allow my husband to be there after she leaves- I almost don’t want to deliver there at all!

The Orthopedic surgeon that did my 16 year old sons surgery was amazing.he was out of surgery rather quickly. We have had no problems at all. The nurses were very professional, compassionate And skilled .

My experience here was so horrible. I was mistreated by the ER staff and honestly I can say I’m embarrassed for them. I have never felt so disrespected as a patient and I honestly hope that Avera rethinks it’s message to its patients. I will never ever go to this hospital again. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. What a disgrace. Save yourself the time and drive to Sioux Falls.
