Had an amazing experience with Mitchell Heating, specifically the tech Charles C. He was at our door 10 mins after we called! Not only was he fast but he had a great personality and made the experience fun. The price also ended up being half of what we had anticipated. I highly recommend Mitchell, and will be using them for all my heating and cooling issues in the future.

Highly recommended company. We realized our upstairs heating unit was not working about 9 am, called Mitchell’s at 9:30 and Keith was at our house in less than an hour. Keith was polite and professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. Would use them again without hesitation!

Incredibly impressed and grateful... With a forecasted high of 44 this weekend, our heat went out around 4pm on Friday. Serviceman Richard Cash of Mitchell Heating and Cooling promptly arrived just before 5pm and diagnosed the problem just after 5pm. Unfortunately, he did not have the part we needed, and the shop was closed for the weekend. He was very apologetic. But miraculously, he tracked down the part, and so generously went completely out of his way to come back and install it Friday night so we wouldn't wake up cold on Saturday morning. Wow. Our service has always been excellent from Mitchell Heating and Cooling, but this act of kindness deserved a review. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the response time and the efficiency of the technician. he double and triple checked everything before he left and was able to make the necessary repairs with minimal impact. I would definitely recommend this particular technician and given this is my first experience with this company I will be going back if I have future needs. The cost of service was reasonable, but I do wish the diagnostic fee would go toward the repair and not be a separate cost.
