I'm disgusted by your customer service I called for a quote and was put on hold for 10 min all the while listening to conversations and swearing amongst your staff. As much as would have loved to place and order I'm too livid. This was at your Mitchell's Plain Promendae branch
Always have what I need, in stock. The staff is also eager to assist and enthusiastic about interacting with customers.

No service in Ilse and no assistance from staff no friendliness. Needs training regarding greeting and assisting customer who does not have product knowledge I have noticed it today with 2 customers . We other customers should assist another customer with products we a staff should do it .

The one retailer where sales staff ignore you. You have to look for someone to help you Other than that it's a standard hardware store shopping experience. Not my first choice but I find myself going there because I'm already at the Promenade.
