The help I receive from Chantel was excellent she call almost all the stores that are close to me in oder to get what I want, I was so excited I wanted gift for my Friend even though I didn't get what I want I was impress by the service I received

Trying to get hold of edgars for the past 3 days now, i need to know if the specific item is available at this store, The phone has been ringing forever...This is bad!!!
Quite understaffed leading to long queues.
Calls NEVER get answered!!! Frustrating...
I have been trying to contact this store for the past 30 minutes. The one and only time someone picked up the phone my call was cut by them. Such poor poor poor customer service!! It's not even worth one star.
A comprehensive multiple items Store where everything you need is available at affordable price and even at account basis also. So you can pay as you feel convenience at per month.
So gave them another shot, 6months later. Tried calling the store 15 times call ended everytime after 3 rings, totally disgusting. Wonder if Edgars headoffice is aware of the shoddy service.
Went there with a message for them to assist me and they sent me home with the problem unresolved and the lady natasha had an unpleasant attitude
