Amazing vegan restaurant with varieties of lunch menus, cafe and dessert. Not only visually appealing but the different taste are orchestrsted on the plate with varieties of vegitables. Seems like it's still an only vegan restaurant in Mito. Not that too pricy at all for the quality. Easy walk from Mito Sta.

水戸で唯一のヴィーガンカフェです。 おすすめはビーツカツ。ビーツを使っていて、モチモチした食感で生姜醤油風味で美味しいです！ ただ、1人でお店をやられてるので提供時間がかかってしまうのが、ちょっと残念な点です。ただ、味は確かで値段以上の価値はあると思います！ お昼は混むので、予約もしくは早めに行くのがおすすめです！
ヴィーガン料理専門店 毎週、伺っていますがピーツカツレツは特に最高です。
