Very helpful
2nd experience with this company. They were the cheapest for the part and fitting in local area so decided to go with them. Dropped car in on Saturday morning and as i wouldnt be back until the evening they said they would leave the key with garage/carwash opposite as they close at 2pm. Seemed fine by me. I got back to area at 530 found my car outside the garage but no one in the garage or carwash had the keys. Spent 1hr outside in cold while i constantly called the new director and the other garage worker made some phone calls. In the end i had to get a cab home to collect the spare key, cab back to then retrieve my car. Such an unprofessional service. My 1st experience years ago they were checking the brakes and disks for me and proceeded with changing them without seeking authorisation 1st for me to agree the cost. So this time i decided to give them another go. Definately wont be returning after this experience
That was so cheap! And he fixed my tyre in 15 mins. Will go here every time i have a problem.
