I've known about MKS Construction and Marlin Stoltzfus for about 5 years from recommendations from a co-worker. I was impressed with Marlin's knowledge and honesty when I met him for estimates. He tells you not only what needs to be replaced but what doesn't. With 2 hail storms in 5 years that affected me and many other family members and neighbors, I have gotten a lot experience at evaluating roofers and their estimates. I believe the combination of quality and price/value you get from MKS is second to none. The workers were on-time, friendly, and conscientious. Everything was cleaned up well. They replaced a large roof, gutter, downspouts, and gutter guards, fascial and aluminum garage door trim. I am very pleased with the results and they are also doing two other family members.
