Terry and I (Angela) are so pleased with our new HVAC System.......We were informed and kept abreast of the progress, as it was a difficult Install.....And We Admire These Guys ... Tenacious Attitudes.....They Overcame the Obstacles and We Are Now Enjoying The AC.....later the Heating when snow is settling on Randolph County. We Are Grateful For Their Professional And Thoughtful Conduct Absolutely 5 Stars ,.. Thanks You Guys ....We Will Recommend A/C Outfitters To Anyone In Need of Repair or a New Installation......No Worries, They Are Professional .

I would NOT recommend AC outfitters. After picking them to install our new central AC and Heat system in July. They gave me the date of Aug 14 that they would be here to start the install. It was suppose to be a 2 - 3 day job. However on Aug. 16 I get a text for the owner Robbie saying they got a big more important job with a bunch of duplexes and he was not going to do my install. Now my family has to be put another AC companys waiting list for several more weeks to get central AC in August in Missouri. If you decide to go with AC outfitters better hope they don't get a big job bid because they will leave you out in the cold or heat.
Great experience! Very affordable, honest and professional. They arrived on time and had the unit installed quickly with no problems. They even cleaned the area afterwards....amazing! I will be calling A/C Outfitters for all my future heating and air conditioning needs.
These guys are the best! They saved us in the hottest part of the summer. The price and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Call them, you won't regret it!
