I genuinely can't say enough good things about this company and I've recommended them to everyone in the neighborhood as we've all had problems with one pest or another being quite a rural area. I recently used them to pest-proof my home after a bat managed to get inside my kitchen. They turned up quickly, retrieve the bat without harming it, and even patched up a few areas of damage that I hadn't noticed and might let in rodents.
Absolutely outstanding service! I feel like everyone I dealt with really went out of their way to ensure I was happy, and I even had a couple of free follow-up visits when we encountered a few rogue bats. I'd have no trouble putting their name forward if I was asked for recommendations.
This company did a really fantastic job of removing the bats I found in my attic when I went looking for some old photographs. I called them on Monday, they came out on Tuesday, and by Saturday afternoon, the entire thing was all done and dusted — invoice paid, workers bid farewell, no more bats. That was five months ago now and still no problems, but I won't hesitate to give them a call if I find myself with the same problems next year.
Just wanted to say thanks for helping my elderly father with his property problems the other day. The bats in the attic we had an inkling about, but the rodents in the house? We didn't have a clue about those. Anyway, both my father and I are very grateful for your help. Thank you!
