I am architect in New York. I contracted with Charleston Lighting over a year ago to build custom made copper lanterns for a client of our firm. They did. The lanterns are absolutely a work of art. 38 of these gorgeous copper sconces adorn a beautiful residence in the SOHO Region of Manhattan. I had to wait longer than expected due to a move by this company from a building of 43 years, but my somewhat irritated persona melted away when the product arrived. I called an apologized to the owner for being a little over zealous in my demands of a speedier delivery. I have been purchasing copper lanterns from other companies for over 25 years and have never seen such high quality and workmanship from true craftsman. My public apology is sufficient enough to warrant my continued desire and commitment to continue to call on this company to build my selected copper lanterns in the future.
