I cannot say enough about Dr. Shane and his staff! Driven by passion and united by purpose is what I experience every time . His staff are a cut above what is typical out there today. I am always greeted with a sincere hello and true hospitality even at a Dentist office. Their compassion for their patients is priority. Along with superb craftsmanship of doing a job of excellence. Col 3:23 Thank y’all for all your hard work and dedication for fixing my teeth.

All I can say is WOW! This dentist is amazing. I was having really bad tooth pain and they gave me an appointment the next day. I needed a tooth extraction and it was scheduled the next Monday. I was very nervous but Dr. Shane told me everything would be fine and it was! They did an amazing job with little to no pain after the extraction. Very glad to have found this dentist.

First of all I think Dr Welch does quality dentistry, and has a great personality! It was the billing that threw me for a loop! I really don't understand it. I got two running account balances and both were different. Today November 10th I asked for a third, because I was told at my last appointment if insurance paid for my last x-rays I would have a 25.00 credit, because I paid for those x-rays the day I was there. Insurance did pay, but Taylor told me I had a zero balance. Dr Welch's mom told me Dr Welch was elected president of a dental organization, but in reality it has nothing to do with my account. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years, and if we gave a treatment plan to a patient we honored those fees for 3 months, and if we told a patient we would write a fee off we did, however, I understand every office is different! I am saddened it did not work out at Dr Welch's, because he is truly a dedicated dentist.

I can't say enough about this office. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me in any way they could, and I could tell it was all out of genuine kindness and compassion. I am terrified of dental work, but the office environment and warmth of the staff really put me at ease.
