Habe hier im Januar meinen Handy- und DSL Vertrag abgeschlossen. Nichts läuft, wie im Vertrag vereinbart. Habe kein volles Datenvolumen wie vertraglich vereinbart, beim DSL wird monatlich zu viel abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage hierzu wurde gesagt, es wird zurückgerufen, das ist nie passiert. Der Verkäufer hat keine Ahnung!! Sehr aussagekräftig, wenn man als Verkäufer im Telefonvertrieb nicht Sim-Card richtig schreiben kann, oder? Ich rate dringend hiervon ab, in diesem "Laden" zu kaufen oder Verträge abzuschließen!!
