Where to even begin? This place has no concept of what quality of life means or even what patient care is. On the weekends, the place is barely staffed so if you are a resident you are either going to stay in bed all day or be up in a wheel chair ALL day. The aides will even tell you, \ I am the only one working this unit tonight so it'll have to wait.\ I heard an aide say this as I was talking with my grandmother at night. Trying to get them to answer the phone on the weekend or after hours is almost impossible. I honestly could go on and on. I worked at a nursing home for 9 years so I understand the challenges but at least with the one I worked at, all of the staff listened and genuinely cared. Please, if you really love your loved one, DO NOT put them in here. It may look nice on the outside but care at prisons are probably better than what they are giving to these seniors.

My wife was there only for a short visit and at first I had a really bad feeling about leaving her there. There were some issues in the beginning, spoke with the staff to iron some issues out, there were addressed, timely and effectively. The DON was a tremendous help! Thanks

My great aunt was here and I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants their love one or ones in a genuine loving environment Great indoor and outdoor activities food is excellent large variety of choices, btw the staff are heaven sent and management it very well equipped .

My uncle is currently here as a patient. The staff are rude and inconsiderate. One was trying to lift him up off the bed BY HERSELF. She could have further hurt him and/or herself. They serve slop for their meals, not at all what they say they're serving. The man sharing a room with my Uncle was needing assistance to go to the restroom, but the staff was more angered that he needed help and berated him for needing to go. If you have other options in physical therapy and rehab, do NOT come here. The beds are old and obviously not in the best condition. Your loved ones deserve better!
