Took in my atv for it's first service. Upon pickup, I had to wait because they couldn't locate my key. I then paid, loaded, and left. After getting home and unloading, I noticed oil soaked rags in between skid plate and motor. I figured after paying 100 an hour for 2 hours I shouldn't have to clean up their mess. I called and reported it and was told I would receive a call back. It's been 2 days, I'm still waiting....
