I was promised 170 when i originally submitted the request online, I received 150 as the screen had scratches. My phone was not scratched when i packaged it up, it always had a screen protector. I have complained to Mobile Monster, whilst they responded they did not change their view. Whilst its only 20 I felt others should be aware of my experience.

Terrible! Was quoted 85, asked for satchel that never arrived. Asked again, never arrived. Finally decided to post it myself. No news so I log in to get quote (they never emailed me) and it’s now quoted as 30. No explanation as to why. Condition was perfect except poor battery health, exactly as I described. Cannot call phone number as this is disconnected. SCAM
