We are retail shop. Bought some phones from this company they advertise as a Grade A phone but received Grade D most of them has battery issue. And they don’t replace the handset which has battery issue.They purposely send phones which have battery issue because they know customer can’t return them as they don’t give battery warranty. No customer service at all. Couple of phone had motherboard issue and they refused to take them back. Worst company to deal with doesn’t matter if you give them 5000 pound business but when it comes to warranty or return they don’t bother. Better if you buy from reputable company who look after their customers.
