I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Bel Air mall Torrid. T was my sales person. She made my visit exciting and fun.She helped by bringing me great selections to the dressing room. Perfect for my body type and colors that were flattering to my skin tone. Normally I dread the dressing room experience. Torrid is my new go to for all things stylish. Thank you T.

I love this Torrid. Stephanie is always great and always helpful. She told me about the clearance having a sale she also suggested some things I should get. The atmosphere is always so smooth and easy going. And they always say the best music. I found some amazing things to wear so I'm super excited about that.

The ladies in the store were amazingly sweet and helpful. The prices are a bit out there. Not yet one hundred percent sure that it is worth the money. I bought one pair of dress pants for work and it was 72.00 I NEVER spend that on myself for one pair of pants. After washing them as directed I feel they have lost some of the quality. May buy one more to make sure and test a little longer.

Super disappointed with this store. Very very small inventory of bras and panties. I found one helpful staff member after ten minutes of being ignored and walked by. Very disappointed, would not reccomend. Save your money and fo elsewhere, or just order from home and save yourself the disappointment.

It was like shopping a decade ago, when the sales clerks were eager to assist you. I wasn't sure about my size but the clerk and the store manager helped me out and they found several items for me and when I got home and tried them on they were perfect. Thanks ladies.
