Rick was very professional and mindful of my family's need to get my washer repaired. The parts came in on the one day my cell phone went dead when I was able to finally check my phone and call him he arrived in 30 minutes to complete the repair. The bigger surprise was the next day he called to make sure everything was working the way it was supposed to. Exceptional service; I highly recommend !

Rick came out the next day after checking out the problem based on what I described to him. He was very thorough. Diagnosed and then repaired our dishwasher without having to replace a part. Has the ability to troubleshoot to the component level. Great personality! Would definitely recommend him!!!

Called Mobile TV and spoke with Rick. The education, patience and professionalism he provided over the phone was outstanding. He was honest with what it would cost to buy a new TV vs having him come out and give and estimate and repair. Essentially, he took business out of his own pocket because that’s how honest he was. He even taught me a lesson on how to know which TV models are ranked and what to look for. Thank you Rick for taking time to speak with me this morning.
