Ideal location, free use of parking and spacious well equipped appartments
Stayed for 1 night on a recent trip to Modena. Apartment was well appointed (even had a Nespresso machine!), had strong WiFi and cable TV. For check in, I texted the owner when I arrived at the train station. He was waiting in the small office next door when I arrived. Smooth process. Location is approximately 15 minute walk from the main train station. The apartment itself is a 2 minute walk to a piazza with a good selection of restaurants and bars (although everything in central Modena is within walking distance). I would definitely stay again.

Tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation, studio dans un état très médiocre, poussière, mais surtout le chauffage de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas bien, chauffage dans la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne carrément pas. Literie peu confortable. Fenêtre donnant sur un mur. Pas de cachet. Seul point positif, il est en plein centre de Modène.
