Lexi at Modern City Solar has been so great at communicating with us that we wanted to take a minute to recognize her for outstanding customer service. Lexi has gone above and beyond in keeping us informed of the Solar installation process, getting permits, and projected dates. When Arizonans for Children was holding donation drives for our Back 2 School Bash to collect school supplies for kids in foster care Modern City Solar came through for these vulnerable kids. We are having a big pigeon problem. We tried to email you guys and the email was sent back saying it could not be delivered. We also tried calling and were told to call a completely different solar company.

The process was smooth. It was more expensive than a couple other companies. We had to get double the amount of panels. The reps were professional and courteous. But then just like that we never heard from them again. We were told we shouldn't have a problem with pigeons but we have a big problem. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone anymore.
