Hi we used the online service this evening for my daughters birthday treat and when the food was dropped off I discovered that the 2 bags of sweet and sour chicken ball and chips were missing. I rang the restaurant and was left on hold for 5 min may not sound long but I had 6 hungry people looking at me not knowing what was going on. I was told eventually that some more will be cooked and sent out. I did not receive an apology from the person on the phone. I know the restaurant wernt to know this but our microwave is broken so we had to start eating what food we had 30 minutes later we received the rest of our meal. The meal just felt ruined and disappointing. My daughter birthday meal was a let down and shes off back to uni tomorrow so also our last family meal. I also asked for an up to date menu pamphlet and didnt recived it. To be fair the food was nice we were just disappointed in the customer service and not really enjoying eating it in 2 halfs
Everything we've tried on the menu so far (which is quite a few dishes) have been fresh and tasty. We love it
