Alan and his crew came and did our fence this summer. It is a modern vinyl fence with black metal trim and it looks superb. They did such a great job that I brought them back this fall to do the front of my house. They put in stainless steel railings with glass panels and we did a custom etched glass address sign for the front of our house. All the work is amazing. They are extremely respectful, polite and great to work with. Very accommodating and does so many things. Will be talking to him about adding decorative laser cut vinyl privacy screens in the spring for the backyard pool area. Thanks so much you have helped make my house gorgeous.

Alan’s crew did a great job. Our fences look fantastic. He took care to ensure all the neighbours were happy and was always available to answer questions before, during setup and even after the work was all done. I would recommend him and will be asking for deck quote next year!

Highly professional team. Allan efficiently assessed and developed a plan to remove and replace our current dilapidated fence with a modern fence boasting clean lines and maintenance-free construction. Members of his team were punctual, polite and met all promised time projections. Price was competitive. Total time required to demolish, cart away and replace 240 feet of fencing with 4 gates came to 4 days in total including a modification requested by us after the fence was complete. My wife and I would recommend Modern Decks to considering a fence renovation or new construction. Five out of Five Star Experience.
