Absolutely the worst insurance brokers I've ever had take my money. They began by scamming me into signing up for automatic payments, by telling me that I was signing a release of funds, because my first payment was being done over the phone. Afterwards I had made payments via my debit card through another account. When one payment was late, they helped themselves to autopay. Afterwards I called and canceled with progressive. Progressive continued another payment via autopsy, and I called Geraldo and they said I had signed up for autopay and their hands were tied, and again I told them I wanted to cancel my insurance. Here we are 6 months later, and they are continuing to attempt to withdrawal from an account I canceled because of their behavior, I am still being charged for insurance I requested to stop. If you want greedy little gnomes, such as the ones that work here, then just have them email you some forms. I'll be seeking small claims and the BBB.
