My experience with sales was good. Bought the car in December 2019. Used certified car financed through Nissan. This is the promotion that came with the car. I go in for my first oil change and tire rotation about 4 months after my purchase and the service department is confused and knows nothing of this promotion!!!! Finally get it squared away, they even noted on my account that I still have 1 more complementary oil change, as you can see it says offer expires 3/2020, or 12 month 10k miles( only put about 4k on it 9 months later) Meaning you must purchase and finance through them by 3/31/20 (it's titled 1 YEAR COMPLEMENTARY MAINTENANCE) limited to TWO oil change with tire rotation, well went to get the 2nd one and they said offer has expired?????!!!!! Am I crazy or should the offer expire 1 YEAR FROM PURCHASE??? Needless to say I had to argue with them to get it, and was treated as if I was a liar. Also I don't think an inspection was done cause I asked about a vinegar smell coming from my air vents, got no list for inspection and no word about it. Glad I found the flyer in my glove box and hopefully someone from Nissan sees this. Was going to continue to get my service here, but not anymore!!!
