The store has a lot of gift ideas and you get to personalize them by engraving. Victor was helping us and he did a great job engraving our purchase and calling us to let us know everything was ready to go.

Took my parents to buy some things for a Quinceñera. The girl that helped us was very polite, bilingual so my parents could also talk to her and just all around helpful! I would go back!
I was mainly looking at fountain pens, but the store was nice overall. However if you're interested about the LAMY fountain pens, well you've come to the right review. Although the display pens are obviously going to be pretty messed up, (all of the nibs were destroyed and the ink is gone/dried out) the fact that a display is even there adds a nice touch. For me, it acted as a place where I could feel the grip of a LAMY before buying a LAMY. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The store itself is very nice.
