Mike was very nice, we purchased a 2005 Chevy trailblazer from him. He actually gave us a good deal. The check engine light came on and he had us bring it in to be checked it ended up being a sensor which they changed at no charge. Even though we didn't purchase the extended warranty. Whole staff is wonderful we will definitely be getting our next car here also. Come check out what they got! You won't be disappointed.

We bought a van about 1.5 years ago. We had a positive buying experience. We were treated fairly and they worked hard to find us decent financing. The vehicle had a light come on shortly after purchase. Mike offered to have his mechanic take a look at it. Just called Mike this morning. This business is ran with integrity. I would purchase from them again. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so!
These people are the best and most honest car dealers we have ever done business with. We found a Ford F-150 on their website which looked like it would fit our needs so we went to look at it. The truck was super clean and the price was very good so we bought it. It ran great but every once in a while it would idle a bit rough. Then the check engine light came on. We took it to a local shop and they said they could diagnose it for 100.00. I called Mike at Valley Auto and he said to bring it in and they would check it. We bought the truck “as is,” so they did not have to do anything for us. But, their mechanic hooked it up to the computer and found the problem was a sensor which needed to be replaced. I asked Mike how much it would cost to have them replace it. He said there would be no charge. I could not believe it but we gladly left the truck there for a couple of days for them to make the repair. When we went back to pick it up, Mike told me they had also had to replace two catalytic converters. He still did not charge us for the repairs. After the expense of the repairs they covered for us, I honestly believe they did not make any money on this beautiful truck they sold us. They were more concerned with having a satisfied customer. Well, they could not have a more satisfied one.
Nice folks. Very easy to work with. Good prices. Found them by accident - or maybe there was direction from above . . . Will always check here first before buying (or selling) another used car!
My boyfriend and I stopped by to check out a car and it ended up being exactly (possibly even better) than described. Upon arriving we were treated kindly, we were given the liberty to browse without having a representative following us around, but at the time we needed someone THEY WERE THERE ready answer questions and to help us!! Test drive inspection went smoothly!!! Finally, paper work time.... we received amazing customer service by both the owner and Ms Perez. Delightful, kind, and honest people! We couldn’t have made a better choice!!
I was in the market to purchase a newer vehicle, I submitted an application online I received a text from a female representative requesting me to call which I did, she verified my sensitive information over the phone and advised me she would call back. after not receiving a call I sent her a text for an update which she replied "ill call you when I get a chance!" after not receiving a call I decided to give the dealership a call I spoke with a male representative and he stated that he would call me back. 4 days of waiting and no call back at this point I am concerned that my personal info might have been compromised.
I didn't catch the woman's name who helped me, but great experience. I expressed interested in a particular vehicle and I was immediately told of some of the issues it was having instead of trying to cover it up or play up the positive side of things. We negotiated and I got a fair price that I was comfortable with. I left feeling that I had purchased a vehicle from an honest business with decent human beings, not the stereotypical sharks at a used lot.
Great place to buy a car or truck. They are honest and easy to work with. Mike has sold me several vehicles. I would recommend to my friends.
