Dr. Wen is a very knowledgeable doctor and shows concern towards you. She wants the best for treating diabetes and provides suggestions on how you can help yourself. Spent a fair amount of time with me and I had no wait when I arrived. I would recommend her to anyone.

I do not know where this individual received their M.D. Her demeanor was condescending and her bedside manner is seriously lacking, which makes her an ineffective care provider. Sutter you can do better. PLEASE DO NOT bother wasting your time by going to this individual, you deserve better.

The worst, because of the BS associated with COVID everything is done by phone but this doctor doesn't follow through. Says she will call at a certain day and time but doesn't. Then when you try to call the office they don't answer. Tried calling twice in 2 days. Waited on hold 35 minutes first time 9/28 and no human actually came on the line. Next day, today 9/29 same thing, waited 37 minutes so far, still on hold. What a joke. This happened before and they sent a letter to my house saying I needed to call her. Worst doctor, Dr. Han and Sutter is worst health company.
