One of the best places to eat local seafood at this beach, but you can find better choises in other cities. Tasty food, not that high prices (nearby restaurants were more expensive), no long waiting, but staff was not very polite, looked like they are tired and sick of all the tourists around, but maybe it's because we were there 1 hour before closing.

They are expensive (most likely due to the location of the restaurant), and the food is compared to other local Spanish restaurants not of excellence but of average quality. The waiters are friendly (most of them) and you can even take the food away. There is a Take-Away on the sidewalk. Other notes: - if you order _more_ than one “Papas arugadas”, you have to tell them to bring the correct amount of sauces (eg. mojo) always. You should get 2 per portion, but they _never_ bring enough.

The meals are great, with a changing menu that contains local seafood white fish, gallician style octopus and prawns etc. Care to sit away from smoker section, I had a bad chest. The food takes a while to prepare but it is worth it. Some of the waiters can seem quite unfriendly but... It's just their way. In any case, my partner Mel Remington is half Spanish so they warmed to her! Always try stick with seafood in a seafood specialised place. Mel & I recommend the white fish, cheve with champagne sauce, the octopus and prawns.
