This is the absolute worse run firm I have ever dealt with. Please read all of this prior to doing business with this firm. First we started with Amy and she was great. After Bryan took over we had issues with payroll, basic accounting practices, etc. We switched accountants and paid 1000's of dollars for another accountant to fix the mistakes Mogg, Hoeye & Associates made over the last few years. While fixing these mistakes we learned that they never sent in my personal returns from 2017. After contacting them about it they wanted over 1000 to do a job they were already paid for in 2017 through our monthly service charge. I asked them to work out a deal with me because the return was already over a year late and they messed up but they decided to not work with me at all. They held my return hostage until I paid the 1000 charge they “made up” only because we switched accounting firms. What kind of business makes a huge mistake, will not admit the mistake, and then is unwilling to do anything for you? A business that you should stay away from! I am not a big One Star review person but Mogg, Hoeye & Associates had 3-4 chances to make this right but in the end they were rude, unprofessional, and wrong in the way they handled this situation. My recommendation is to stay away from this business.
