I'd leave zero stars if I could for this horrendous 'real estates'. Dealt with a woman called Natalia who was completely dishonest during negotiations with the owner and myself, the renter. She increased the rent with no just cause. Then as soon as she received the months commission, completely disappeared. Really disgusting behaviour. I'd avoid like the plaque
