I sent a mobile phone through this branch to udhampur (j nd k) and the smart guy sent it to himachal. And surprising thing is that it reached to himachal even after having two haults at panchkula nd ambala. Nobody had checked address on the box . I sent this on 15 jul and My packet is still not delivered . I advice you all not to choose this dtdc service. Worst service nd worst management
