I was very hopeful coming to this urgent care. I spoke with a doctor virtually who said I needed to be seen and that she already discussed a treatment plan other than the same one that only works temporarily for my chronic asthma. I went my appointment and nothing was said or discussed about said treatment plan. Got a steroid shot & prednisone script which is what I asked for during my virtual visit. Nonetheless, everyone was very nice & caring and the treatment helped me and saved me an ER visit and possible hospital stay. I made an appointment online, but even without one the waiting room only had one person waiting at 5:30pm on a Friday. I would recommend this urgent care.

I went there for my Covid test the place was nice and clean the staff was very nice. Test I did not take long at all was in and out in no time at all. Thank you to the staff for a outstanding visit!

I had a very good experience with PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Mohegan Lake. They were very nice, concerned and efficient. There is a PA there named Lynn Higgins who I will definitely go back to. She was great.

They are very courteous and understanding. Very friendly and not in a hurry to get you out without making sure you understand everything that is going to be done and at the end what exactly was done. Great and happy staff. They act like a family.
