Revised from 2019 I came back again but this time I had two Gustazo for my enjoyment. Once again I was not disappointed with this restaurant location. Both purchases I made turned out very good and well worth the price. I came here in July, 2019 and had a very good experience at this restaurant location. #Mojito's My first visit due to a Gustazo promotion and one of the best offers. We had unlimited Mimosas for 10 dollars each added to the bill, up to 2 hour's. I had one taste of each flavor they had and then some, a total of 9. There was 6 flavors but on hand they only had 5 that day because one was not available and waiting on delivery. All were good but I enjoyed the Passion fruit flavor the best, had 3 of those. The brunch was very good and portions was good enough. I've had better before but I can do with these size/portions. The food was good in flavor. Staff was very friendly and talkative with makes one feel more comfortable. I see some bad reviews but I only go with my own experience and I would recommend this location.

I went to the restaurant as it was right next to the hotel. Everything was full due to covid regulations. I ordered breakfast. I ordered waffles with fresh fruit on the side. I got one of those pre package Belgian sugar waffles and they placed strawberries syrup with cooked strawberries. They changed the waffle and gave me ones with the strawberries on the side. The waffle was so hard that when tried to cut it it smeared all my eggs all over the place. Strike one. My husband ordered scrambled eggs with ham on the side and toast. He never got the toast. He got scrabbled eggs with ham all mixed. My son ordered a lemonade the was good to perforate your esophagus of how pure and acidic it was. I returned it. As a bilingual person it definitely was not a communication barrier. As I’m fluent in both. The waitress was polite but had a slow paste and imagine the place was not even full due to Covid regulation . Overall, I think McDonald’s breakfast could have served better and for a cheaper price. It was only 3 of us and the price was ridiculous. Total was 73.74, plus the tip. Please be aware of this. As the waitress good service or not will still get her tip. Which really was not earned. As a customer you can remove this by tip if you do not agree. I still tipped her , didn’t want to aggravate myself more. I don’t mind to pay as long as the food and service are good. But this place . You are just paying for the location.
Beautiful and convenient place attached to the Hotel Calibre Hilton in PR, with wonderful service, however that is were the good ended, the prices......the prices.......oh boy the prices. I am not a person that would complain about prices if I knew the food would reflect it. however the "adult" drinks were mediocre at best, the food was mediocre at best. Sadly we went here out of desperation, sleepiness and excitement for being at our designation. After traveling by plane, dealing with a 4 and 6 year old, we want to get out, but not too far, we wanted good food, and good adult drinks to calm our nerves, but it turns out that the hotel food and drink were both better and cheaper. We (my wife and I) talked to others who visited Mojito's on a whim with their families who were staying at the hotel and they all share the same horror story. Mediocre food with fine dinning prices.
The prices of the food are outrageous for the quality it is. Paid almost 100 for sandwiches and a couple of Mojito’s that were below average. We have Had cafeteria food that was better. Not worth you money at all! Staff was nice though.
Five stars to the Waitress, she was extremely nice, kind and understood the problem with the restaurant, but she is only a waitress under the authority of the manager. We were at breakfast on the New Year. Our breakfast was nasty, dry, salty beyond the limit. It was impossible to eat and it had to be sent back. A few minutes later the surprise came to the table. The manager appeared very dissatisfied with the complaints about the food. Exactly what she said; She didn't even say hello: "This is my day, new year, you won't spoil it for me, it will be very nice for me." She put the bill on the table, hinting that she had removed the dishes from the bill, and left the table very angry and mumbling under her breath about how our complained was uncalled for whilst agreeing that the food wasn't prepared properly The restaurant manager acted very unprofessional, not mature, not sensible. I do not understand that this is not a personal opinion, we as customers have the right to be not satisfied with the consumption. I have never dealt with such an immature person as a restaurant manager. I must emphasize that in the last 10 years I have never given one star to anyone by posting reviews on the internet !!!! Hilton Hotels needs to take responsibility when actions like this happen to their guest that spend hundreds of dollars to stay on their hotels to then have stuff members. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
The food was by far the worst thing I've ever taken a bite out of. The eggs were lukewarm with a slab of American cheese not even melted on top. Pancake tasted what I assume cardboard would taste like, and home fries were as hard as rocks. Needless to say they charged 12 extra for slab of cheese and rock hard potatoes. Expressed our great disappointment to the staff Barely took 3 bites of breakfast, and didn't even acknowledge our discontent. Needless to say was charged 81 for a meal not consumed nor enjoyed. DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST Here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Thanks!
We order a Cuban sandwich we got a ham and pork fat sandwich ... I was really disappointed cause I wanted to enjoy an experience a CUBAN SANDWICH but our sandwich was made wit regular bread what happened to making it wit Cuban bread???? And had the nerve to charge 18
The fact that I am leaving a review says a lot about this overpriced, tasteless food and drinks restaurant. The waitress’s were nice, that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars, however, the food - no good. Jerk chicken dinner IS NOT jerk chicken. The Maui Maui was overcooked, overly breaded, and flavorless. The Caesar salad was what it was, I’ve had a better salad from Starbucks. My bill was literally 135 dollars for three appetizers, three drinks, and one dinner. They automatically add gratuity which is fine for me. They really need to consider a different cook. Definitely eat at other places less than a 10 minutes Uber drive, it will cost you less money for quality and flavorful food and drinks. Sorry, but I as a foodie, I was very disappointed.
