Depending on the time of day and how quickly you're spotted getting help can be quite slow. When it comes to PC's, laptops and similar their selection in stock can be somewhat limited compared to the offers on their site or at competitors like Mediamarkt though they can usually have their offered products ship to the store or your home. Definitely check the site first. Also when it comes to their small electronics it would be nice if their staff was a more knowledgeable and more specs were displayed/available ot the store as they are on the site.
