Absolutely Terrible customer service . Liam Faulkner the assistant manager n the mold store he discriminates you if you CANT wear a face mask . When I asked for his name I was told not to shop there anymore !!Disgraceful, what a lovely role model he is to the staff. The Law states that no one in a shop is to ask you why you havent got a mask on. He also told me I will be fined while standing in front of customers and colleagues. If this is superdrug head office policy to bully people who cant wear a mask i will never set foot in one again. I have already took this matter further as he has breached the act of disability act 2010.
