I used their services several times and was pleased, I was recommending them to family and friends, they are the cheapest around here.... but the last time I was waiting 20 minutes instead of said 7, then saw the taxi coming quite fast, but the driver just went past us, did vawe after him, he didn't even react. After another few minutes nothing happening did call another service. Later they called back, saying the taxi is waiting for us, but it was nowhere seen. I explained that it is not there, that we were waiting for it, that he just flew past us, and I called another service already. They sent me an SMS, like next time if I call them for vain I will need pay the fare. They could set up a GPS if the driver doesn't know the area, or maybe record the call to double check where he is supposed to be, not blame the customer for their fault. They did not reflect on their mistake, did not say sorry. I must say it was unprofessional.
