Was a repeat customer until my last order, which has still not arrived. I thought the quality of products were great and previous orders didn't take too long (but they weren't a made to order, just got initials stamped). One did take longer than expected because they were out of stock, but I wasn't told that until I requested an update. I changed the order to a different coloured item so I got it in time for a Christmas present. The order I am waiting for is 2 weeks over due. I have contacted the company twice asking for an update and not received one. The first time I contacted them was over the website chat, but she couldn't give me an answer and was going to get back to me, but didn't. I will not be ordering anything from this company again. Especially after just reading several reviews that they are a terrible employer. I do not believe in supporting companies that have a bullying culture and don't pay employees salary and super in a timely manner. I will also stop telling people about this company and suggesting they look into buying any of its products. Update - its now been an additional 3.5 weeks. I ended up getting a response 3 weeks ago saying I will have it in 2 weeks. It hasn't arrived and I have not been notified anything. I will never purchase from this company again!

Ordered a wallet online 24 Jan 2019 with 4-6 week delivery. No update as to progress until I contacted them requesting a refund on 25 March. Was advised that it would be another 2 weeks at most. Now it has been 14 weeks since the order was placed!!!! Still no wallet and no update from company. I have contacted them again and requested full refund. Very angry and upset. Will not order from Mon Purse again.
I'm an infinitely patient and forgiving person. But dealing with Mon Purse has really tested me, to the point where I feel motivated to post a review to at least encourage Mon Purse to review their customer service. I ordered a cosmetic set on 27 December. Given Christmas and sales I did not expect delivery within their usual timeframes. But I certainly did not expect to still be waiting. When I first followed up, they told me they were actually out of stock and a new shipment would be delivered on 11 January. Fine, happy to wait. I followed up again on 23 January after receiving no further advice or shipping notification. I got a response on 30 January (after posting on social media to get their attention) saying a new shipment had just arrived and my items would be monogrammed and sent overnight by Express Post. It is now a week later and no delivery and indeed no shipping notification. Assuming this information was accurate, I declined a refund. Meanwhile, I get incensed every time I go on Instagram and see posts about ordering for Valentine's Day. Really? This is either misleading or my experience is an anomaly. Either way, I would encourage Mon Purse to give customers accurate information. My trust with this brand is broken and will never buy from them again.
Avoid at all costs. I ordered for guaranteed Christmas delivery... and the order arrived in late March. No contact from the company, I had to repeatedly contact them to find out where the order was. They clearly sell items they don't have in stock, happily take your money, and get the stock later. In my case, three months later.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! ZERO STARS I have been waiting for over 3 months for a custom order bag that Mon Purse’ website says should take 4-6 weeks. I was fairly understanding at the beginning knowing I purchased on Boxing Day sales. I have been in constant correspondence via email with Mon Purse since January. The lies I have been told BY MON PURSE is atrocious. Apparently my bag has been sent twice but there’s never any tracking information available (their system is down - for weeks and is still broken) and guess what!? I Still don’t have it. ITS FUNNY HOW THERES NOWHERE FOR CUSTOMERS TO REVIEW. Hence I’m writing on the Myer Mon Purse review page on Google. That is no accident and TO BE CLEAR I made my purchase online directly through Mon Purse. MYER is one of my favourite stores and I’m sorry to bring them into this but they do stock Mon Purse products and I believe they shouldn’t. I have had no where else to go to be able to share this information and I’m truely concerned about other people buying Mon Purse products. I’ve asked multiple times via email because Mon Purse won’t give me a phone number to speak with a supervisor and their replies are always that they are sorry with no action. Mon Purse should not be trading Australia. Everyone needs to know how terrible Mon Purse is. Their appalling customer service is not fair to consumers. I never do comments like this but I’ve reached breaking point. My 370 has been stolen by this company. How can they take my money and provide me with the goods. My bag was made ‘weeks ago’ but is stuck in Europe. Mon Purse has offered a 50% refund but I haven’t seen that come through either. No proof has been provided that it’s coming. More than likely another story. There’s only so many times that you can be told there’s a delay and it’s coming when it never arrives. The excuses are not consistent and are never supported with evidence.
Had a iPhone case bought me for Christmas but it’s useless as cannot attach the charger as the hole is not big enough so have to remove the case every time
