The optometrist Doug is wonderful but the owner of Mona vision is a total joke. Called to ask some information off my file months later, as I wanted to order a specific blue light blocking frame online and he refused to give it to me. Only helpful if you are filling their pockets. Horrible customer service, I won't be returning.
I went here to get my very first pair of glasses. This owner seems to not take to women very nicely and I was not treated well by him. I had to return my glasses twice due to manufacturing errors and by the third time he stated 'this is really ridiculous and it's enough now' I agreed it was ridiculous but he was projecting at me and continued. When I went to find out about my glasses he handed me a refund. Thank you for saving me from any continued business with this company. I also had a friend who's daughter just needed an adjustment to her glasses with one of those screwdrivers for them so she went to him for help and he refused because she was not a client. If you are a male you will have no problems but female I would recommend you go elsewhere.
Marsel is simply the best Optician I have dealt with in many years. Highly recommended.
