The staff is very professional and friendly, and they take care to make certain their lobby is clean and not crowded.

This is all about the technology portion of MCH's services. It has now been a week since I have requested support regarding the Patient Portal and the smart phone app Healow. Unfortunately my PCP's office doesn't answer the phone so I have to request appointments and referrals thru the app. Hard to do when you are unable to sign-on because the system first doesn't recognized the password which I store in a password app, then doesn't remember my cell number even though it pops up with my log on address to send a text to and then when I try to sign on it wont let me in. So you leave a message and hope for a response. So I am unable to get a hold of my doctor because the receptionist won't answer the phone and the system to request a referral wont let me sign in. According to #211 of the NH Vaccine Support line I qualify for 1B of the Covid Vaccine process but will need a referral from my doctor to say I am eligible. So at this pace of leaving messages for my doctor and MCH IT Patient Portal support I will probably end up getting my shot in May when it become open to all. DON'T OFFER TECHONOLGY SUPPORT UNLESS IT IF FAIL SAFE!

In addition to patients that have conditions they've developed treatments for, they will also take patients who have rare diseases that have no available treatments and develop a custom treatment protocol for them. We also know of patients from other countries they will accept who have diseases for which there is no good treatment in their home countries. I know of no other organization that does this.

Ive been to the ER here twice this year and was blown away by how kind, attentive and knowledgeable the nursing staff and doctors were. Both of my issues were handled promptly and with a level of care and consideration that exceeded my experiences in Nashua hospitals.

I have a relative here and the service and responses are terrible. Never have I been in a hospital with this poor of a response time and lack of care. No questions answered and our requests fall on deaf ears. So much for being a \community hospital\. If you are actually looking to be cared for with a more hospitable atmosphere, I suggest you choose another hospital like Concord or CMC.
