Daniel is friendly and made the carpets look nice and clean. However, the carpets were quite wet and took three days to fully dry afterwards, and the cat urine odor returned after the carpets were dry.

We have used Monarch for years. Daniel is always thorough, conscientious, and friendly. This year he was tasked to clean two couches, area rugs and carpet after we hosted a pregnant foster dog and her 8 puppies for 9 weeks total. He helped make our home feel clean again, including cleaning throw pillows that were around as well. Daniel is awesome. And respectful of COVID adjustments (mask, distance, contactless payment).

We have used Monarch twice now for carpet cleaning. Each time the carpet was heavily soiled. We were thinking we would most likely have to replace it and each time the carpet came out looking like new. Daniel is extremely knowledgable and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this company. Their prices are more than reasonable.

Daniel has been caring for our home and office furniture, rugs and carpet for many years. Our family of three includes a 2 year old, two dogs, and lots of light colored pieces we like to keep clean. The owner of Monarch, he always shows up himself and takes pride in his work. He is available within a few days or a week most times of the year, gets stains out most every time, returns the furniture or carpet back new and does this all within a couple hours. He even removed a nasty, but invisible smelly plant water spill at our office on short notice. His prices are reasonable and if you are around the house while he is cleaning, have a chat with Daniel, he is an engaging conversationalist. Give Monarch a try, they are the best in the business we think!
