Vehicles are always neat and well maintained. The drivers turnout and demeanor are always exceptional. This tour company was awful. I was so disappointed with their customer service. They had poor planning and were not friendly. Their bus driver not sure his name but he was an older bald gentleman was mean and a very scary driver. The tour guide Anton yelled at our kids and rushed them while taking pictures. I would give them zero stars if possible. Make sure you read your contract well because they will have surprises on things that they say are not included when you get there. If they book you in the Sundown Ranch run away fast. This hotel was disgusting. It was dirty and not kept up. The rooms were all freezing. The shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. The hotel service very much mirrored the tour company's service. It is clear that they get a kick back for using the hotel. Also the only wifi the hotel has is in the lobby so be prepared for that as well.
