the absolute worse place ,they push you to take calls on a system that is not fully understood or the system does not work as it should . reprimands you for not giving the costumer the best , but your not given the proper tools or training to do so The training and after training help are not a priority, if you did not understand it the first time its is not their fault , they lie in training the boss himself lies to your face stating that " this place is different , and we care " Do not believe the propaganda they spout in training , the mental health of their employees is not their concern.

"Corporate spammers" that is my experience with this company. This insurance company will provide you with no insurance for your device. I would advise ... do not throw away your hard earned money for this insurance ... Thank fully I didn't spend much money on my device insurance. Horrible customer service.. Don't even dream of any insured money you will get...They are intelligent they even don't have a email address to claim your insurance in their website.. Thank god they don't provide any car insurance, if there is...I am happy not part of this company.

I knew I had a reason to be suspicious when I noticed no mention of "brand new" in your paperwork anywhere. You know what else you forgot to put? REFURBISHED. My "replacement device" has damage in spots that mine had none. It came unsecured in an empty box with a charger bouncing around inside. This is so unfair. Not only do I pay way too much money monthly for this insurance, but now I owe a massive deductible (almost 400 dollars) for a device that is worth less than mine. Cell Mechanics quoted me 280 to replace my entire screen, the part that is damaged on my phone. I should have just canceled my insurance and done that. Every device my local business uses, along with every family member and friend that I have will be staying away from any of your insurance plans in the future. You even intentionally turn off comments on all social media platforms and ghost your customers, I wonder why. What a headache.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in the entirety of my life! Absolute joke of a company. Sad to see how inconsiderate a company can be during a pandemic. They took an ADDITIONAL 500 last month for my phone replacement, on top of the 300 deductible. Also, the new phone was not new, you can tell it is refurbished. Came in a knock off box with nothing but the phone. They took all my money all because I sent my old one phone it in too late. They didn’t even send me a return postage! Had to hassle with them for 2 days and multiple calls to the point they started to ignore my number and I had to call from my girlfriends phone. They wanted to hold my money for 4 months! Took way more effort than needed just to get through to a manager too. DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE.

These guys are terrible. I've paid phone care for a year and couldn't even get a screen repair. Avoid them at all costs

Disproportionate cost to benefit. Paid into their device care program for a year and a half, and that only provided me a 10 discount on a repair, compared with having no device care, and going down the road to a device repair shop and paying full price outright. Poor customer service experience.

In these unique and difficult times, I was hoping common sense would prevail over terms and conditions in dealing with any company. Businesses and people around the world have come together and helped each other and unfortunately this was not the case with Asurion. After having paid my monthly protection fee for over 3 years, was told today that my lost business cell phone would not be replaced due to their terms of service. Specifically, one of our business cell phones was not in use during COVID for over the 30 day period allowed by Asurion. After explaining why the phone was not in use, was shocked to be told that according to their terms of service they did not have to replace the lost phone. Clearly, the business cell phone was not being used because we could not operate our business during COVID...shame on you for allowing terms and conditions to override even an ounce of common sense.
