Deluxe used to be good affordable food. It's no longer any of that. Food quality, portions and service have gone downhill over the years. I used to frequent Deluxe but haven't bothered eating there much for years since it's a constant disappointment. If I wanted a plate of overcooked French fries I could do that myself for way less than 15 bucks... The razor thin burgers, the cafeteria style chicken fingers {they used to be real chicken breast now just ground up chicken garbage}, the tiny fish pieces over-battered to the point of ridiculous... Everything overpriced especially for the quality. Disgraceful but it's food I guess... It's called 'quality' protein and for the price they charge there should be some on your plate.

I liked their menu but just a bit pricy. Everything seemed fresh and juicy. Not 5 star because of price and not having drink incl.
Good good for a treat Great staff too. Their fish’s chips are second to none. Try their coleslaw. It’s amazing.

Went for my yearly fix of Deluxe, I bought the seafood platter to go. When I arrived home I discovered they forgot to give me my piece of fish, which comes with the platter. I know mistakes happen, however this is the reason for the 4 star rating, as the platter is 25 & change so for the price you want what you pay good money for. Other then this mistake it would of been a 5 star rating. One thing they could do is make substitutions available for a price, but when asked to replace the fries on my sisters order with a extra piece of fish they said no even tho she offered to pay a little extra for this accommodation to her order, however they said they could do it for the cost of a piece of fish on its own, which makes no sense at all, why would anyone pay for an extra piece of fish at full price & then they would remove the fries for her, needless to say she refused the offer. It is better customer service to do these small things to make a customer happy. As the saying goes a happy customer is a return customer, just food for thought.
