I was having problems with the contents or lack of with my license producer. I contacted Maureen at the Moncton Harvest Medicine office and she was so friendly and knowledgeable with the product I needed and help me choose another license producer who is meeting more of my needs. I had a great teleconference with Maureen! I have been coming to this clinic since before it changed names and they have seamlessly handled my needs. I was sent the forms 3 times and found that a little confusing but they have always been able to address all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Harvest Medecine!

Call center has been booking and cancelling me for 3 months now. I give up on any chance of seeing someone at this point, with an app, a 1800 line and your clinic it should not be this hard. I am going to travel to my hometown doctor where I've gotten my first perscription and renewal it will be less stressful and faster.

I have had both of my appointments cancelled by Harvest Medicine. I was able to have the initial appointment and was fine with the first cancellation but this second one leaves me without the prescription I need. I am trying this method to control pain. This reoccurring situation has set me right back. Very disappointed.

Its was a good experience however their calling system could be better as it's a call center and then they have to pass you on to the right location. But once you get through to them they are great to deal with.

I show up for my appt. and am told that because i didnt fill a form out online ( but i have filled it out twice already on paper , in the office) that my appt. had been cancelled and i need to reschedule , after i took time off work, drove in from out of town.UPDATE The manager contacted me and apoligized for what happened, and went above and beyond to help me and make me feel like a v.i.p. so i remade my appt. Went back and continued with the services here. I have to say im changing my review and saying it is worth your time to go here. Thank you.
