I called in with some questions, and spoke with Sharron, one of the representatives at this H&R bloc. She was so kind, and really took the time to listen and to help me sort things out, with recommendations on how to proceed with my inquiry. Sometimes talking over the phone can feel cold and impersonal, but it felt quite the opposite with Sharron (Thank you!)

Very nice and professional and always willing to help
This is my second year returning to H&R block to file my taxes. The same as last year, it was fast and efficient. However, it is worth noting that my tax expert, Helene Nowlan, gave exemplary service and was beyond personable and charming. Turned doing taxes into an experience that put a smile on my face! Always joking, while making sure I understood everything along the way. She was a pleasure to work with. The company is lucky to have an employee as special as Helene!

My husband and I have been going there for years. We have always had a good experience. Actually a great experience. From the time we walked in until the time we left we met Pleasant lovely people who knew what they were doing and we walked out completely satisfied. We are in our 60s and there have been changes during our years for example Canada pension old age security and how all that works. We could always ask the questions and get the answers and we got great advice and great service. We recommend H&R Block to all of our friends and family.
Gisele was amazing, she was efficient, and asked all the right questions and answered all my questions and was able to get me more than I thought I would get. Highly recommend her to do your taxes.
