Repeated attempts to contact the Monessen, PA office of Linacre have proven to be futile. Unable to get any response to phone calls. Can only wonder if this is the usual with them. A call tp the Uniontown office did afford us an answer but no resolution, we are awaiting a call back but not does not seem to be forthcoming. In the meantime, Melvin has been a participant of their program in Helena, MT for a considerable time. According to what they are telling us, we cam can only procure O2 tanks from the dealer from whom we purchased his machine. I hope at some point to be able to find help. I have used Linacre in the past with wonderful results, can't understand the decline in services.
