We were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness we received from Mongin. They took time to listen to our questions, and followed up with responses if they didn't have immediate answers. We worked with Steve and he did a great job finding policies that met our needs. Furthermore he helped guide us through insurance complexity and was never judgemental. It was great to have a personal experience and someone to talk directly with as opposed to sitting on a phone or filling out a dozen web forms. Finally, it's great knowing we can work directly with Mongin if we have problems or questions with our policy or claims.

We switched to Mongin Insurance Agency in 2018 after moving to De Pere. Our previous insurance provider was great and already pretty low cost, but out of town. Joe Mongin was able to provide more coverage and still save us a few dollars. Within a few months our water heater, still under warranty, rusted out the bottom and flooded our finished basement. Joe was extremely helpful in getting a plumber over right away to replace the water heater and a restoration company to rehab the basement. He kept on top of West Bend as well to ensure the claim process went smoothly. They also insure a few of our rentals properties. We recommend Mongin Insurance Agency to all our family and friends!
