By far my most favorite Mongolian grill in the valley. My family has tried several Mongolian grills from Boise to Nampa. The Mongolian Bistro is phenomenal, the family that runs the business is always so sweet! Their building bar is always well stocked, and they are one of the few that have scallops, shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, ham, soft tofu and my favorite... FRIED TOFU! The restaurant is well kept, and they have a punch card. So if you plan to visit more often, it's a great way to get a free bowl of mongolian.
