We hosted a bridal shower at this venue on November 24, 2019. The food, wait service, and view were excellent. However, the room was FREEZING!! Many of our guests had to keep their winter coats on during the entire event. The personnel present kept giving different explanations for the cold room temperature but provided NO SOLUTIONS!! They did not even bring space heaters into the room. The manager offered a very small discount for our inconvenience, but that did nothing to alleviate our guests’ discomfort. The cold temperature of the room was the main topic of discussion during the event and caused me great embarrassment.

I attended a sweet 16 party at the Channel Club this past weekend. The venue was spacious - large dance floor that the kids never left!
